Senior researcher in the Unit for Technology and Society Foresight at Tel-Aviv University. He deals with emerging technologies and their impacts, and has been involved in several projects of the European Union in this field. In ancient times he edited the Israeli magazine “Fantasia 2000” and was one of the founders of the Israeli Society for Science Fiction and Fantasy.
