Director and cinematographer. Scherf has a BA in Filmmaking from the Tel-Aviv University.
Scherf has been working in Film and television for over a decade. In his works, he explores the thin line between truth and fiction, juxtaposing personal recollections and collective memory. While he is a documentarian at heart, his work is versatile and influenced by many genres.
Anthrax is his first feature film. It’s based on his personal story.
