In 1975, renowned Chilean director Alejandro Jodorosky (“El Topo”, “The Holy Mountain”) began working on his greatest project to date. The film was to star Orson Wells, Mick Jagger, David Carradine and Salvador Dali, accompanied by Pink Floyd’s music and H.R. Giger’s (“Alien”) Academy award-winning artistic design. This ambitious work was meant to be the first adaptation of the bestselling sci-fi novel “Dune”, and nearly changed the face of cinema forever. This is the bittersweet, moving tale of a bigger-than-life production that crumbled under its’ own weight.
