COO of XLN, An organization established by the Reut Institute that aims to bring 3D manufacturing technology to all around. Arnon is a group facilitator and educator who is influenced by the democratic education movement which he became familiar with while working for Education Cities – a nation-wide organization that develops transitional methods in education. Arnon holds a BA in Psychology and Education from Tel Aviv University, where he works as an MBA program hackathon facilitator and mentor.
