Committed to discovering filmmakers with fresh voices and innovative storytelling techniques and to helping them on their paths to future success, Tom regularly attends film festivals all over the world scouting for original material. He not only understands what makes good, sellable product, but how to best deliver new cinematic content to the global marketplace.

His expertise comes from several key positions at film organizations worldwide including Shoreline Entertainment in Los Angeles and the Sundance, Dubai, Miami, and Atlanta film festivals, among others. He has served on several international film festival juries, most recently in Santiago, (Chile), Gijón & Sitges (Spain), Guadalajara & Guanajuato (Mexico), Gdynia (Poland), Cebu (Philippines), Sonoma & Newport Beach (California, USA), Nassau (Bahamas), BiFan & NAFF in Bucheon (Korea) and the Festival des 3 Continents in Nantes (France).
